Once a match has been successfully established, and the user has initiated or proceeded with communication, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
If the user cancels the service within 24 hours of registration and has not accessed premium features.
If payment was made more than once for the same service due to technical error.
To request a refund, please email us at info@heartstringmatrimony.com within the eligible timeframe with proof of payment.
The following are non-refundable:
Registration Fees
Profile Promotion Plans
Personalized Matchmaking Services
Communication or Contact Reveal Charges
Any fees paid after trial or consultation sessions
Refunds will not be issued if:
The user has provided false or misleading information.
The user has violated terms of service or privacy policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
In case of technical disruptions or failure of service, Heart String Matrimony will make all reasonable efforts to restore the service promptly. A refund may be considered only if the issue is not resolved within 5 working days and impacts the user’s ability to access paid services.
